Abroad Inquiry will refund the aspirants full registration charge if Abroad Inquiry fails to get the aspirants offer letter. In case of visa refusal, Abroad Inquiry will not charge any fees for admission, visa, or registration cost that Abroad Inquiry charges for services.

However, if aspirants want to withdraw their application after submitting the paper to the university or embassy, Abroad Inquiry will not refund the aspirants registration fees. Furthermore, if Abroad Inquiry successfully completes the application process and obtains visa/admission approval, but the applicant chooses not to proceed for personal reasons, Abroad Inquiry will still charge the registration and service fees.

Please note that Abroad Inquiry will not cover any of the following costs:

• University application fees (if applicable)
• Embassy/VFS fees (if applicable)
• Consulate fees (if applicable)
• DHL/shipping fees (if applicable)
• Any other costs related to applying abroad

Students are responsible for all additional costs throughout the entire process.
